Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note that returns will need to be shipped or personally returned to the following address: 3515 34th Street Lubbock, TX 79410. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. Any returns will be for store credit only, excluding any shipping costs or card fees.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special order items, custom orders, sale/discounted items, hardware, and gift cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. In stock yardage and wallpaper that has been opened cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
